This penthouse in Manhattan was done in 2018 and included remodeling of the entire apartment. It featured custom-made media console millwork for the living room and a made-to-order French double door in dark brown color to divide the two adjacent rooms. A 5.5-inch engineered hardwood floor was installed around the apartment.
